All bookings are subject to availability. A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. Payment is required in full upon booking. We accept major credit cards and cash; personal checks are not accepted.

• Cancellations made 0-7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable

• Cancellations made within 8-14 days of the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the amount of the reservation.

• Cancellations made within 15 or more days of the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.

• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

No, currently we operate on a self-check in process via digital smart locks so guest may check in at any time. An Access code is provided upon book

Yes! Every room does have Wi-Fi access, and the password can be found on the welcome sheet hanging in every room as well as the check in information emailed to you

There are two guests per bed allowed. Number of guests depends on size/style of room booked.

• Yes! The current pet fee is $30 per pet, per stay, with a 2-pet maximum. Certain areas on the property may not be pet friendly, including the store/restaurant located on the property, please feel free to inquire about pet friendly accommodations when booking.

• Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier when in public areas of the resort.

• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside their accommodation and in designated pet relief areas.

• Pets should not be left unattended in accommodations unless they are crated.

• Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets to resort property. Excessive mess and damage outside of the normal scope of housekeeping duties may result in an extra cleaning fee.

We are only 6.7 miles from the Tenkiller State Park, 7.2 miles from the Tenkiller Dam, and only 12 miles from the Lower Illinois Public Fishing area located in Gore, Oklahoma!

Yes! We have ample parking space to include boat trailers for those that want to bring their boat along with them. We are also close to several boat ramps and marinas. The closest boat ramps are Snake Creek Marina (0.7 miles away), Chicken Creek Boat Ramp (4.8 miles away), and the Tenkiller State Park (Pine Cove Marina 6.8 miles away) and (Fisherman’s Point 7.3 miles away).

Yes! We have a recreational room and kitchen for hosting events such as family gatherings, baby showers, wedding parties, wedding showers and much more!

• Our standard rooms have mini refrigerator and coffee bar while all of our kitchenettes are equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and eating utensils

• Deluxe Kitchenettes are also equipped with a stove and oven range as well as pots, pans, utensil and eating utensils. (Pots and pans can be found in the drawer below the oven.)

• Our family cabin is equipped with a fully functional kitchen including a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and several other smaller cooking appliance and utensils such as crockpot, blender, coffee maker, and eating utensils such as cups, plates and silverware.
